This rechargeable RLT Mat combines dual-wavelength light and vibration massage in one flexible device. It can be placed flat on a bed or treatment table, wrapped around the waist, or secured over the shoulders and back with the included straps.

Red Light and Vibration in One Mat
The mat uses triple-chip LEDs, with two 660nm red light chips and one 850nm near-infrared chip in each diode.
Three light settings allow users to select pulsed or continuous output at different intensity levels. The built-in vibration system provides eight massage modes and 20 intensity levels for a more flexible wellness and recovery routine.

Three Light Settings
The controller provides three selectable red and near-infrared light settings:
- Pulsed red and near-infrared light
- Continuous red and near-infrared light
- Enhanced continuous red and near-infrared light
Red and near-infrared light work together across the treatment area. The 850nm LEDs may appear dim or invisible to the eye, which is normal for near-infrared light.
Eight Massage Modes and 20 Intensity Levels
Multiple vibration motors are positioned across the mat to provide more even massage coverage.
Users can choose from eight vibration patterns, ranging from gentle and steady to stronger, changing rhythms. Twenty intensity levels make it easier to adjust the massage for daily relaxation or post-exercise use.

Which size should I choose?
